Helper Engineering

Greenfield Work & Flow is looking for a reliable, hands-on Helper Engineering to support our facilities team across our sites in and around Ubud. You will work alongside the MEP Engineer on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil and finishing jobs: moving tools and materials, preparing and clearing the work area, carrying out simple repairs, and keeping every job safe and well documented. This is an entry-level trade role with a clear path forward: you learn the whole trade on the job.
Responsibilities
- Support the MEP Engineer on daily facilities and maintenance work.
- Move tools, equipment and materials between sites.
- Prepare the work area before a job and clear it afterwards.
- Carry out simple repairs on fixtures and fittings.
- Assist with installing units, fixtures, doors, windows and shelving.
- Carry out painting, decorating and finishing work to outlet-ready quality.
- Keep tools, materials and work areas clean, safe and organised.
- Follow safety procedures and workplace-safety standards on every job.
- Document work with before and after photos.
- Receive, confirm and report every task through the EzyOps Mini-App.
- Report material and tool needs promptly.
Requirements
- Willing to learn the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil trades on the job.
- Some hands-on repair or construction experience is an advantage, not a must.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on facilities work.
- Reliable, safety-minded and careful with tools and materials.
- Able to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a small team.
- Comfortable reporting work through a mobile app.
- Willing to work flexible schedules across sites in and around Ubud.
